Industrial Strength London March 2009 - kettlebells, conditioning, circuits, trunk power

Welcome to ISLondon, I'm Jonathan Lewis and I created Industrial Strength as a means of communicating a broader perspective on health, fitness and physical performance.

A perspective that should be relevant to all humans irrespective of their ultimate and differing aspirations for applying their physical abilities. The component parts of a programme remain the same but the specifics, proportion of time, intensity, and volume of each will change from person to person.

    • military

    • martial arts

    • combat sports

    • field, court, team and individual sports

    • extreme sports

    • athletics

    • dance

    • health, fitness, well being and satisfaction

bodyweight for flow, the intention is smooth transitions and movement efficiency
