Industrial Strength in Dartford - bodyweight and kettlebells

Industrial Strength - Dartford - Sunday morning, August 17th. Acacia Hall's Outdoor training area

Phill Ireland of Ireland Fitness has been along to a few ISLondon sessions when his schedule allows: whenever Phill's in attendance he comes up with an abundance of ideas to challenge our abilities. Without fail he demonstrates what it means to apply yourself with intensity without sacrificing technique and quality of movement.

Anyway Phill wanted to see the Industrial Strength format in Dartford. He has a lot of interest from his strength and conditioning clients as well as those who attend his Combat Conditioning class and Thai Boxing sessions but we didnt want to start seeing Industrial Strength become a closed or private session so the invitation is open to all. If you are interested but need some guidance on how to get there give me a call or email me (07960.861.267  or
    jonathan @ balancephysio.com).
Same format as usual - outdoor training using whatever equipment we find on the "trim trail", kettlebells (courtesy of Phill) and healthy doses of bodyweight drills for strength and flow. Everyone is encouraged to contribute, that doesnt mean you have to coach the techniques as there is always at least 2 coaches at an Industrial Strength session to work out the most efficient and effective way to execute the moves.

If you want to bring some of your own toys please feel free.

As far as we know IS London remains the only non-profit strength and conditioning session in the South East (as far as we know), that means we just cover the costs of venues etc.
