Industrial Strength LONDON - this Saturday

    Industrial Strength LONDON
    Date: Saturday, September 27th
    Time: 4-6pm
Location:  Balance Performance Physiotherapy, 113 Gauden Road, Clapham, London, SW4 6LE

    RSVP email jonathan @ balancephysio.com

We are back indoors this Saturday after some great outdoor sessions over the last couple of months. We will meet at 4pm at Balance aiming to finish by 6pm. Follow the link above if you don't know Balance.

We'll be working with bodyweight only, a few other things hanging around the gym and studio and after the last few weks certifications from the IKFF led by Steve Cotter and Ken Blackburn it would be rude not to include some long kettlebell sets. But we will all be able to participate, irrespective of kettlebell experience.

The only criteria to attend is in having a passion for movement and an interest in seeking out the most effective ways to physically train. Joint mobility, kettlebell conditioning, high quality bodyweight training for flowing and fluid movement, strength, speed, power and endurance using the optimal tools available.

    Hope to see you there.

    kind regards,
    Jonathan

PS. I'm having a few technical difficulties with my phone so please dont use my mobile for texting for now and if you call please leave a voicemail.
